1. About Us

This website is operated by Artdeshine Pty Ltd (ABN 13 649 351 379) (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing and using this website, including purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Online Store Terms

  • You must be at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent, to use this site.

  • You may not use our products for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.

  • Any breach of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of access to our site.

3. Products & Orders

  • We sell physical products only, including coatings, accessories, and paint protection film (PPF).

  • Product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided in good faith. Colours may vary slightly due to display differences.

  • We reserve the right to limit or refuse any order placed with us, including suspected reseller or bulk purchases.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

  • Payments are processed via Monoova, which accepts major card types and PayID.

  • A processing fee may apply to card payments. This will be disclosed at checkout. PayID payments incur no processing fees.

  • Orders will only be shipped once payment is successfully received.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched using Australia Post. Standard delivery times are:

    • 2–5 business days for standard post (metro areas)

    • 1–2 business days for express post (metro areas)

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Further details are available on the Australia Post website.

  • If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us. We will assess lost or damaged parcel claims on a case-by-case basis.

6. Refunds, Returns & Consumer Guarantees

  • Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

  • In addition to your rights under the ACL, we may (at our discretion) consider returns or exchanges for other reasons where the product is unused and in original condition. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you believe you are entitled to a return.

  • Change-of-mind returns are not automatically accepted, but we will act in good faith and consider reasonable requests.
